30-day returns, no questions asked

If a piece isn’t right for you — for any reason, or no reason — you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Items should be unused and in original packaging where practical.

How to start a return

1. Email returns@kettlelane.shop with your order number.
2. We’ll reply the same business day with a prepaid return label (U.S.) or international instructions.
3. Drop the package at any post office or courier point.
4. Refund lands on your original payment method within 3–5 business days of our receiving the return.

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges — just return for a refund and place a new order. It’s simpler for everyone.

Defects & damage

If a piece arrives damaged or fails in normal use within a year of purchase, we’ll replace or refund it. Let us know at hello@kettlelane.shop.
