Shipping policy

We ship orders within one business day from our small warehouse in Northern California. Orders placed before 12pm PT Monday – Friday ship the same day when stock allows.

U.S. shipping

• Standard (3–6 business days) — Free on orders over $75, otherwise $6.95 flat.
• Expedited (2–3 business days) — $14.95 flat.
• Overnight — Calculated at checkout.

International

We ship worldwide via DHL and USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of shipment. If something looks wrong or arrives damaged, email hello@kettlelane.shop within 7 days.
